Important Update – Speeding NIP Reviews
Due to extremely high demand, we are no longer able to review individual speeding Notices of Intended Prosecution (NIPs) or supporting enforcement evidence.
During 2025 alone we reviewed almost 2,000 speeding tickets, which made it increasingly difficult to continue providing individual assessments in a timely manner.
For this reason, we created The UK Speeding Ticket Defence Guide, which explains the same structured review process previously used when examining speeding notices and enforcement evidence.
This allows drivers to follow the same checks themselves, saving both time and the significant cost often associated with seeking legal advice at an early stage.
Many drivers contact solicitors immediately and may be quoted legal fees ranging from £1,700 to £4,000, often before the speeding notice and supporting evidence have even been properly reviewed.
The purpose of this guide is to help drivers understand their notice, review the supporting evidence, and know their potential defence before paying fines, accepting penalty points, or considering court proceedings.
Everything needed to understand and assess a speeding notice is explained within The UK Speeding Ticket Defence Guide.
For this reason, please do not submit enquiry forms or send emails regarding speeding notices, as we are unable to review or comment on individual cases.
